Kaarisilta Art and Activity Center started in 1987 in Villähti, Lahti. Culture-focused activities include visual arts, pottery, arts and crafts, music, theatrical expression and exercise. Vocational training in visual arts and music started in Kaarisilta in 2003 in cooperation with the Salpaus training center.
Kaarisilta Art Studio offers a professional framework for making visual art. The art studio employs a large number of artists. The studio allows individual work with different art techniques. The support of the artist mentor and the artist community is an important part of the work. Kaarisilta runs Gallery Art Kaarisilta in Helsinki.
